Olympics game is the biggest international sports that is conducted in a grand manner and is the biggest sporting event in the entire world. There will be athletes from all parts of the world participating in the Olympics game and the athletes feel it as a great pride participating in the Olympics and winning a medal for the country will be their life time dream and aspiration. The international sports camp will arrange the boarding and dining facilities for the athletes and the coaches and the various persons accompanying the sports persons.

Conducting the Olympics game in their country will be another major prestige issue and the recently held Olympics at Beijing in China saw tremendous improvements in the infrastructure of the nation as a whole in constructing world class buildings, stadiums, accommodation rooms, laying roads and overall developing the entire nation itself. The athletes participate in these games as an international sports camp for a month and enjoy the facilities of the sports training and other recreation facilities.

The athletes participating in the international sports camp will be away from their home nation for most of the time and will be traveling from country to country participating in various international events and getting prizes, money, award and reward and bringing name and fame to their respective countries. Some times the international sports camp will prolong for months and the schedule of the athlete's performance will be finalized by the management and send them sponsoring the entire international sports camp. In some cases, countries send their athletes to the international sports camp as a means of getting training in other countries in various sporting events.

The training camps are arranged by the sports authority of the government and they take care of the entire expenses of the athletes in the sporting camps and countries spend millions in developing the sports in their nations but bribery and corruption in developing nations form the major obstacle that will never allow the athletes with real talent to prosper. The corruption causes the ministers or other VIP's son or daughter to participate in the international sports camp and the real talents are neglected and left out. This is one of the major reasons for some countries not to get even a single medal at the Olympics. The sports authority responsible for conducting the international sports camp must be transparent in all the activities and identify the real talent and train them to get a medal.
